Using TryLook

TryLook provides AI-assisted style preview tools for entertainment, inspiration, and personal planning. You are responsible for your use of the app and for complying with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right or permission to use.
• Use TryLook to harass, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or bypass app security or payment systems.
• Use generated results in a misleading, unlawful, or abusive manner.

User content and generated results

You keep your rights in photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant TryLook a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and store that content as needed to provide the app, generate results, offer support, and maintain service integrity.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You should not rely on TryLook as professional beauty, health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Subscriptions, credits, and purchases

TryLook may offer subscriptions, credits, or other paid features. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Subscription access may depend on successful payment and entitlement verification.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of TryLook at any time. We may also change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TryLook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryLook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TryLook if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection rules require otherwise.
